"a.m.piper" was initially born from the fusion of "doomloops"
and chris sonaxx. "doomloops" - with a predominant tech-
no focus - was formed by carl carlson and rob medina and has
been stiring up the dance-orbit in the south-west of germany
for nearly a decade; countless nights, in dozens of clubs, were
danced away when "doomloops" were on stage performing
their other worldly act. chris sonaxx was a successful resident
in the legendary club "neue heimat" (new habitat) in stuttgart,
germany, until its unfortunate demise in 2004. since then he has
performed in a whole host of clubs too numerous to mention.
since 2005, the world has been blessed with the project known
as; "a.m.piper". "a.m.piper" stands for extroverted electronic
music. live music on the spot. the three boys have a deep under-
standing of what gets a crowd moving successfully, using a
diverse but danceable range of tracks. mainly due to the use of
analogue sound engines the audience are treated to a su-
perb audible performance which is coupled with a unique visual
experience. the sound of "a.m.piper" is most appropriatly
described as a mixture of pure, deep techno and raw electro
sound. their initial 2005 offering on hilltribe records proves
that the boys can produce as well as perform. the track "the haun-
ted rmx" from various artists "the 3rd creation part 2" reached
position four in the german club charts on release. current release
is the "a.m.piper" rmx on "chris sonaxx - pocketface" kisumusic,
